Tulsa Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Tulsa, Oklahoma. It does not host government records and is not connected with a public office, court, library, or record custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:

11. Oklahoma Law
These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Oklahoma public-record access is governed in relevant part by the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. §§ 24A.1–24A.34, which does not override records made confidential by another law.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
